Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapy program is designed to help patients of all ages and conditions participate in everyday activities as fully as possible. Illness, injury, or developmental challenges can make routine tasks difficult, but with the right support, individuals can regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.
Our occupational therapists work closely with patients to assess their abilities and create personalized plans that focus on practical skills. This may include improving fine motor coordination, adapting the home environment for safety, teaching energy conservation techniques, and introducing assistive devices when needed. The goal is to empower patients to perform essential activities such as dressing, eating, working, and engaging in hobbies with greater ease and comfort.
Education and family involvement are key components of occupational therapy. Therapists guide caregivers on how to support progress at home and provide strategies to overcome barriers. By addressing both physical and cognitive challenges, occupational therapy promotes independence, enhances quality of life, and helps patients return to meaningful roles in their communities.
